Thank you so much for all your help and advice when we were with you last weekend. I am very pleased with my new Batribike Diamond. It was very good of you not only to allow me to trial the bike on the road into Marton but to give up your time, Steve, to come with me which was very re-assuring.
Nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend you and the rest of your team to anyone thinking of buying an electric bike.
Since coming home I have cycled up a couple of hills which I would have struggled with before but they presented no problem at all. The family think my new 'toy' is great and my 11 year old grandson even thought it was 'cool' - praise indeed.
