  • Electric Bike Survey

    BEBA, the British Electric Bicycle Association, is conducting an important survey to help shape future legislation. If you are already an Electric Bike rider, or if you are thinking about purchasing one, then please take a moment to fill in the on-line survey HERE.

    The survey collects data on how riders use the controls on the bike and how far their typical journeys are. The survey does not collect or hold any personal information.

  • Holiday Opening Hours

    Over the Queen's Jubilee period the BATRIBIKE Workshop, Showroom and Offices will be closed from 5pm on Friday 1st June until 9am on Wednesday 6th June 2012.

  • Winter Battery Care

    If you are not going to use your bike for periods of time such as during the winter, then Top your battery up once a month, this will not take as long as when it is completely discharged.

    It is best to connect it to the charger for one to two hours. This will keep the battery in good condition. If you have two batteries, make sure you use them alternately and charge both during the winter.
